DEPOSIT/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Dynamite Gamer Zone reservation. A deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid at time of your booking being accepted or the booking will be cancelled. The balance for your event total price must be paid no later than 7 days before your event date. Please call us for special circumstances. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and outside of 15 days of scheduled event. NO REFUND in the event of party reservation being canceled within 10 days of your event. Dynamite Gamer Zone will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary. A change of venue fee of 40 dollar may apply if you request to change locations within 14 days prior to your event. If the location change results in us not being able to host your event the standard cancellation policies apply as we contract for the original booking address.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Dynamite Gamer Zone is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
Our general service area is a 25-mile radius from Richmond, Texas. There are no travel fees for the first 25 miles, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel beyond 25 miles to an event. See our Service Area page for coverage areas.
BAD WEATHER:
Our game theater is designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rain or snow, etc.) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated major storm or other strong weather event) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
Dynamite Gamer Zone requires a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult inside the trailer at all times. Toddlers must be carried and held at all times. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! Please let your guests know about our 6 and under policy.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.
DAMAGE/INJURY:
Neither Dynamite Gamer Zone nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the game theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. Neither Dynamite Gamer Zone nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
FOOD/DRINK:
We do not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.
PICTURES:
While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from inside or outside the trailer. We may use these on our Facebook page or our web site. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on Facebook or our web site, please notify the Game Coach prior to the start of the party (you will have an option to accept or decline photos when booking.) We never identify guests’ full names or party locations.
ONLINE GAMING: (ROBLOX, FORTNITE, MINECRAFT)
If you don’t know any other games your kid is playing, you probably know Fortnite. We keep this game updated and ready to go! A couple of things to keep in mind when planning a gametruck party with Fortnite:
1. Fortnite is a one player game creating a one player/one TV playing experience
2. Players will need to take turns on the systems to make sure all players get to play
3. This is an ONLINE ONLY gaming experience. For the best experience we can access your router and run the game from your home internet. If that is not an option, we have a hotspot and can run up to 2 fortnite games at a time (depending on cell service).

TIPS:
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
DYNAMITE GAMERZONE TRUCK/TRAILER:
When our amazing rig pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to maneuver and park. We will not back into nor park in driveways, yards or any other tight or dangerous locations. It has proven to be too dangerous to get such a large vehicle into residential driveways. We will only park on solid concrete/asphalt. Additionally our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface./gravel areas.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
Our Game Coach will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there.
